What Is The 30 Day Soul Fast?
From April 1st to April 30th, 2026 you will commit to:
Daily Word and Prayer – short readings and prayer points delivered to your inbox every morning
Consecrated Time – stepping back from distractions to draw closer to God
Community Support – access to a private Facebook group for encouragement and accountability
Welcome to the 30-Day SOUL Fast.
We greet you in the spirit of truth, grace, and divine alignment.
We are heading into another 30 day Soul Fast!
You are stepping into a sacred, set apart time. These 30 days are a time of intentional seeking of the Face of Jesus. From April 1 through April 30, this fast is designed to call you inward, upward, and forward. It is an invitation to quiet the noise, realign your soul, and posture your heart in full surrender to what God desires to reveal, restore, and refine.
This is not simply a fast. It is a time of consecration.
Over the course of these 30 days, you can expect:

Daily emails with guidance, reflection, and direction

Daily snippets of empowerment and strategy within the private Facebook community

Weekly optional gatherings every Monday at 7 PM Eastern Standard Time via Zoom for prayer, alignment, and covering
You are encouraged to invite your friends and family to join you on this journey. However, each participant must register individually in order to receive access to all materials and communications.
This fast is completely free. The only cost is your obedience to fully engage and complete it. For those who feel led, seeds are welcome, but never required.
