and we’re building a strong volunteer team to help us
serve every person who enters the room with excellence.

​From the moment guests arrive until the final session ends, our volunteer team helps create an environment that is organized, welcoming, safe, and prepared.

​

If you’re available to serve during SEATED, complete the application below.

guarantee placement on a team. Positions will be assigned according to

event needs, availability, experience, and team capacity.*

​We’re not just looking for extra hands. We need people who can be present, flexible, attentive, and ready to serve.​

Volunteer Teams

​

  • Registration + Check-In — Welcoming attendees, checking registrations, distributing credentials/materials, and helping resolve check-in issues.

​

  • Guest Services + Ushers — Greeting guests, helping with seating, answering questions, directing traffic inside the venue, and assisting throughout sessions.

​

  • Hospitality — Helping care for speakers, leadership, volunteers, and designated guests; maintaining hospitality areas and assisting with refreshments as assigned.

​

  • Speaker/VIP Support — Assisting designated speakers and special guests with schedules, movement throughout the venue, backstage needs, and communication with leadership. Limited positions.

​

  • Production + Stage Support — Supporting the production team with microphones, stage transitions, session preparation, backstage organization, and other production needs. Experience may be required.

​

  • Media + Content Team — Photography, video, social media content capture, behind-the-scenes coverage, and digital content support. Portfolio/work samples may be requested.

​

  • Event Runners — Handling time-sensitive needs throughout the event, delivering materials, assisting different departments, and being available wherever support is needed.

​

  • Setup + Breakdown — Preparing the venue before attendees arrive and helping restore/pack the space after the event.
